Unopened & Sealed Products Only

Due to the nature of our products and for the health and safety of all pets and their families, we can only accept returns on items that are unopened and in their original, sealed packaging. Once a silicone bowl has been opened, it cannot be returned or exchanged for sanitary reasons. This policy exists to ensure that every customer receives a product that is clean, safe, and untouched.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

• Be in its original, unopened, and sealed packaging
• Be unused and in the same condition in which it was received
• Be submitted for return within 7 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Opened or used silicone bowls
• Items returned after the 7-day window
• Items damaged due to misuse or improper care

Refunds
